For this project we removed all daubing and chinking, repaired logs as needed, and applied a wood protector. We also replaced daubing and chinking with historically accurate materials to help prolong the life of the logs. We also installed a mahogany deck with retaining wall and railroad steps to blend into the natural landscape.
